Locations:

- Terminal 1: Check-in Hall, close to Gate 5
- Terminal 2: Check-in Hall, close to Gate 11, Airside, corridor DE (Departures).

Lost and Found

Located between gates 6 and 7 in T1. And next Check-in Counters in T2.

Service hours: from 08:00 am to 08:00 pm.

SMOKING AREA

There are smoking locations available at CTU.

Business Center

Located in the Departure Building, which provides photocopying and fax services.

Medical Services

For consultations, emergencies, among others.

Located in T1 near gate 101 and next to gate 138 in T2.

Chengdu Airport Express Hotel

Located in T2. It has 210 rooms. It also has meeting rooms, a lobby and a little shop. There is parking available too.

Bank of China, Bank of Communications, Industrial & Commercial Bank of China, China Construction Bank ATMs, and Bank of Chengdu.

Currency exchange

There are currency exchange booths at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 of Chengdu Airport.
